Zondag 4 okt. Het is zondag, we brengen lopend een bezoek aan de wekelijkse biologische markt in San Isidro, waar ze heel veel lokale producten verkopen. Je kijkt je ogen uit, en je kunt als je wilt ook proeven. Veelal wat we nu in Nederland zien als superfood zijn hier de gewone kost zoals quinoa, verschillende granen, mais, in vele soorten en kleuren, koffie, maar ook toiletzeep, biologisch natuurlijk. Later in de middag naar de kust. Aan het strand van Mira Floris is, deels zichtbaar van de weg een heel groot modern winkelcentrum, Larcomar. Je hebt hier een prachtig uitzicht omdat hier als het ware een bocht in de kustlijn is.Hier hebben we heerlijk gegeten in een kiprestaurant.
Maandag 5 okt. Vandaag een bezoek gebracht aan de Huaca Pucllana ruïne. Hier werd uitgelegd hoe de adobe stenen gebakken werden. De constructie van de muren is als een boekenplank. Dit is van voor de Inca periode en diende als administratief en ceremonieel centrum van de Lima cultuur van 200 tot 700 jaar voor chr
Dinsdag 6 okt In de stad is een nationaal, historisch, ecologisch en antropologische museum in een . Hier is didactisch en chronologisch de vroegste geschiedenis van Peru, tot aan de periode na de Spaanse overheersing te zien. Te zien zijn 8000 jaar oude stenenwerktuigen, dan voorwerpen uit verschillende culturen van de stammen die hier gewoond hebben.

October 3th A relaxing day, visitors are coming and we have a BBQ. Later on we woll do some shopping and go to a baby shower. This is an important occasion to celeb rate the arrival of the baby with nice food and snacks. In this case they hired a clown to put the parents in the spotlight. Once the baby is born, the parents and close family enjoy the time with the newborn without numerous visitors.
October 4. It is Sunday, we take walk to the biological market in San Isidro, where they sell mainly local products. This is within within walking distance . Many product we see as “Superfood” is grown here like quinoa, many different grains, maize in all sort and colors, coffee, but also soap, biological of course. Later in the afternoon we went to the coastline in Mira Floris, there is no beach here, but it makes up for with a beautiful garden. Here is a splendid view as this part is in a curb. Also you find her a shopping centre Larcomar , partly hidden from view. We completed the day with a nice chicken diner in one of the restaurants.
Monday, October 5 A visit to Huaca Pucllana ruin, were they explained how to make the adobe stones. This is baked in ean oven or sundried. The construction of the walls is like a bookshelve It is from before the Inca period aand served as an administrative and ceremonial complex from about 700 to 200 BC
Tuesday In Lima is a National, historical, ecological and anthropological museum in one.Here you find in chronological order the beginning of the Peruvian history until the period after the Spanish rule. Starting with 8000 years old stone tools, after that several objects from different cultures who lived in Peru.
Wednesday, a nice lazy day.
